The Big Sky Real Estate Company - Trifold Fact Brochure
This trifold brochure was created for Big Sky Real Estate Company as a key touchpoint for prospective clients seeking to understand the Big Sky area, our brokerage, and the distinct neighborhoods that make up this mountain destination. The goal was to translate a broad range of information—real estate insights, community highlights, and local context—into a clear, branded, and visually compelling format.

Working within established brand guidelines, I focused on maintaining visual consistency while maximizing the trifold’s limited real estate (pun intended). Clean layout structure, consistent typography, and an intentional use of the brand’s color palette helped create a piece that is both highly informative and easy to navigate.
Strategically, I emphasized typographic hierarchy to guide the reader across sections—introducing core company values, performance metrics, area descriptions, and contact information. The balance between headers, body text, and callouts ensures readability while accommodating the detail-heavy content expected in real estate collateral.
This project showcases my ability to translate complex, location-based content into a well-organized, brand-aligned marketing tool—effectively blending information design, branding, and visual storytelling to support the mission of being Big Sky’s trusted real estate leader.

The Big Sky Real Estate Company - Jack Creek Cabin Site Map
For this project, I was tasked with transforming an architectural and satellite-derived site map into a clean, visually compelling marketing asset for a high-end real estate development within the private community of Moonlight Basin in Big Sky, Montana.
The original map, while technically accurate, was cluttered and difficult for non-architect audiences to interpret. I redesigned the site map to clearly communicate layout, lot divisions, home types, ski and trail access, and proximity to nearby amenities like Moonlight Lodge and LakeLodge. The focus was on simplifying linework, enhancing legibility, and applying a refined visual hierarchy to highlight critical real estate information for potential buyers and investors.

Strategic use of color, typography, and iconography was incorporated to guide the viewer's eye through the property, while maintaining alignment with both brand’s premium identities (Moonlight Basin and The Big Sky Real Estate Company. The end result was a print- and web-ready asset optimized for real estate marketing teams and sales collateral.
