Spanish Peaks Mountain Club - Trifold Fact Brochure​

 

This project involved designing an informational trifold brochure targeted at prospective members of Spanish Peaks Mountain Club, a luxury private ski and golf community in Big Sky, Montana. The objective was to create a refined, brand-aligned piece that clearly communicates the breadth of the Club’s real estate offerings, amenities, and mountain lifestyle.

Working within strict brand guidelines, I developed a layout that maintained visual consistency with Spanish Peaks’ established identity while optimizing clarity and visual pacing. Type hierarchy was crucial in this format—I used scale and weight to organize dense, detail-rich content into digestible sections, ensuring an intuitive flow across all six panels of the trifold.

Photo selection was used intentionally—highlighting key experiences like skiing, golf, and the natural environment without overwhelming the message. The selective use of imagery helped preserve a clean, elevated aesthetic while giving the reader a glimpse of life at Spanish Peaks.

As a designer, I see my role as both visual communicator and brand steward—translating complex information into an engaging and elegant piece that aligns with the Club’s exclusive image. This trifold is now used in sales presentations and welcome kits to introduce prospective members to the unmatched lifestyle Spanish Peaks has to offer.
